If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us via contact form or email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and send us a photo of what you received, we will get back to you within 24 hours and we will try our best to solve the problem for you.
If you received the wrong item, damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error, we will refund or re-send the item as per your request. And we will take the responsibility for all the costs.
If buyer wants to return or exchange the goods for reasons not due to our fault, buyer pays for the return shipping.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via contact form.
